Abstract
This Regulation determines the implementation of measures 07 "Basic services and village renewal in rural areas", part of the measures stipulated by the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia (for the period 2014-2020).
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: Article 20 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005; Articles 53 and 55 of the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 on the assessment of certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty; Guidelines of the European Union on state aid in the agriculture and forestry and in rural areas for the period 2014-2020; and Commission Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
