Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms for the correct implementation of the measure M17 "Risk management", and sub-measure 17.1. "Insurance of crops, animals and plants", that are part of the rules provided and adopted by the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: articles 36 and 37 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
