Regulation on the implementation of measures of Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for period 2014-2020.

This Regulation establishes the implementation of measures provided by the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020. This text also sets out the rules regarding procedures for granting of support that was implemented to the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, and to other bodies entrusted by the Ministry of Agriculture as official state managing authority, for the purpose of implementation of financial instruments (incentives, advance payments, and other) aimed for the above mentioned scope.
This Regulation determines the implementation of measures of the above mentioned national Programme in accordance with documents listed in article 2 (entitled Law enforcement).
Principles for implementing of grant award procedure is listed in article 4; issues on the protection of financial interests of European Union and of Republic of Croatia are indicated in article 5; article 8 sets out the necessary eligibility conditions;
