Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms of the effective implementation of the National Beekeeping Program for the period 2017-2019, regarding the apiculture sector of the Republic of Croatia.
The rules prescribed by this text are in accordance with the following documents: Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in agricultural products and its repealing Council Regulations (EEC) 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007; Delegated Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1366 of 11 May 2015 on the supplement to Regulation (EC) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the aid to beekeeping sector; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1368 of 6 August 2015 on the establishment of the implementing rules for the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
