Regulation on the implementation of the National Strategy for Sustainable Operational Programmes of Producer Organizations in the Fruit and Vegetable Sector for the Period from 2021 to 2023.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the National Strategy for Sustainable Operational Programmes of Producer Organizations in the Fruit and Vegetable Sector, the content of the operational programme, the procedure for approving operational programmes, the establishment of the operational fund, the duration of the operational programme. This text further sets related issues on monitoring, evaluating, and implementation issues, informing and reporting, administrative and field controls on the implementation of such operational programmes, administrative penalties, fines and other sanctions for irregularities related to the implementation of these programmes. This Regulation ensures the implementation of several European Union regulations as specified in article 1 (paragraph 2).
