Abstract
This Regulation determines all necessary methods for the correct implementation of the program of observers (ICCAT) and regional observer on fishing vessels engaged in fishing tuna.
This Regulation further prescribes all necessary standards and provisions governing the mandatory data collection and data reporting related to the observation performed.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
