Regulation on the implementation of the Program for co-financing the work of regional organizations of winemakers and winegrowers for the period from 2024 to 2026.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Program for co-financing the work of regional organizations of winemakers and winegrowers for the period from the year 2024 until the year 2026. Beneficiaries of support from the Program are regional organizations of winemakers and winegrowers recognized in accordance with the provisions stipulated by the article 51 (paragraph 3) of the Law on wine (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 32/2019). The Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development is here indicated as responsible for the implementation of the Program and monitoring of intended use of related allocated funds. Regional organizations have to submit a request for support to the Payments Agency no later than April 15 of each year, among attached business activity plan.
