Regulation on the implementation of the Program of compensatory measures to support depopulated areas for the year 2024.

This Regulation prescribes the terms and rules for implementing the Program of compensatory measures to support depopulated areas for the year 2024, as part of measures granted by the direct support to agriculture and IAKS measures of rural development for 2023. Eligible users are natural or legal persons registered in the Register of Farmers or the Register of Family Farms and who must meet the conditions laid down in article 4. Amount of support is determined in article 5. Requests for support are regulated in article 6. Administrative control over the correct implementation procedures is defined in article 7. For issues regarding the eventual return of obtained support see article 9. The list of eligible local self-government units for support is given in the Annex of this text.
