Regulation on the implementation of the Programme of assistance in the direct sale of agricultural products through self-service devices in the process of fiscalization.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of the Programme of assistance in the direct sale of agricultural products through self-service devices in the process of fiscalization, formally adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (class: 022-03/20-04/538; registration number: 50301-05/27-21-2 of 14 January 2021). Eligible users whose self-service devices are approved and registered by the competent authority in the appropriate Register of registered establishments in the food business of animal origin and for plant products in the Register of entities and establishments in the food business (also family farming), maintained by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia.
