Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Programme of temporary extraordinary support measures for preserving the liquidity of fattening pig producers in the Republic of Croatia adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (of 23 December 2020). Support, subject of this text, is a small value aid intended for producers of fattening pigs who have delivered fattening pigs to the approved facilities for slaughtering of ungulates which are registered in the system of classification and marking on the slaughter line in the period from 15 September 2020 to 15 December 2020. Support from the Program shall be granted in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector.
