Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the complete program including all related requirements and procedures for the correct and sustainable implementation of the Rural Development Program and the conditions to be met by natural and legal persons beneficiaries of the government support for Rural Development Program.
This Regulation also prescribes various structural policies and measures to be implemented through the Rural development, including the maximum amount of aid that shall be determined by the users and their obligations and provides for the application form for the official approval of financial support for development of rural areas.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
