Abstract
The Regulation prescribes various provisions and standards aimed to regulate the correct implementation of the school fruit scheme on the Croatian territory and specifically defines: a) the target group; b) all eligible products and the size of the meal; c) the eligible costs and the method of calculation of the aid; d) the approval of the applicant for support; e) all accompanying measures; f) the conditions for granting the aid; g) administrative controls and control on the ground; h) all inspection matters and duties; i) specific refund of the offered aid.
The Annex is an integrate part of this Regulation.

This Regulation lays down the framework for the implementation of certain provisions of the following acts of the European Union: Council Regulation (EC) no. 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 on the common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single Regulation TA in) (OJ L 299, 16. 11. 2007); Regulation of the European Commission (EC). 288/2009 of 7 April 2009 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) no. 1234/2007 regarding the Community aid for supplying fruit and vegetables, processed fruit and vegetables and banana products to children in educational establishments, in the framework of a school fruit schemes (OJ L 97, 8. 4. 2009); and Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1913/2006 of 20 to December 2006 laying down detailed rules for the application agro-monetary system for the euro in agriculture and amending certain Regulations (OJ L 365, 21.12. 2006).
