Regulation on the implementation of the Small Dairies Support Program for co-financing the purchase of milk collection equipment in the period until 2027.

This Regulation determines the implementation of Small Dairies Support Program for co-financing the purchase of milk collection equipment until the year 2027. Beneficiaries of the aid are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in milk processing facilities with proper registration. Support cannot be obtained by an entity that processes exclusively milk from its own farm. Eligible costs for obtaining support are: a) purchase of tanks for the collection and transport of raw milk with the associated measuring device and decanting device, with or without the associated vehicle and/or b) purchase of a milk reception system, including raw milk reception tanks with or without cooling system, ice water system with ice bank for the milk cooling process, pumps and flow meters and/or c) purchase of a CIP closed system for cleaning, washing and disinfection of tanks and associated equipment. Ineligible costs are laid down in article 6. Administrative application form samples are given in the Annex of this text.
