Abstract
This Regulation determines related beneficiaries and prescribes obligations and implementing rules of the Small Dairy Support Programme for co-financing the costs of collecting milk produced in the Republic of Croatia. These measures are aimed for primary producers (farmers) engaged in raw milk production and for first purchasers (see article 3). The amount of aid shall be determined according to the quantities of purchased milk referred to in article 5 (paragraph 1). Support may not be realized by an entity that buys and processes exclusively milk from its own farm.
