Regulation on the implementation of the State aid program for compensation of the reduced value of fattening pigs delivered for slaughter from restriction zone III due to the application of special measures to control African swine fever.

This Regulation here prescribes the implementation of the State Aid Program for compensation of the reduced value of fattening pigs delivered for slaughter from restriction zone III due to the application of special measures for the control of African swine fever adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia (article 4 defines the exact measure in the implementation of this Program). Deriving support shall be awarded in the form of direct grants. Eligible beneficiaries of the support are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (see article 5 for detailed eligibility conditions).
