Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and conditions aimed to define the correct manner of implementation of the aid measures by co-financing of the cost of buying the vessel Automatic Identification System (AIS) in 2013 for the purpuse of official vessel control program on the territory of the Croatian Republic and its sea domain.
The official state support defined by this Regulation involves allocation of grant funds from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of co-financing the purchase of the automatic identification system for all vessels (for fishing vessels over 15 meters length).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
