Regulation on the implementation of the State Support Program for producers in the fruit growing and arable farming sectors.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the State Support Program for producers in the fruit growing and arable farming sectors. Measures in the implementation of the Program are: Measure 1. Support for producers in the fruit growing sector; Measure 2. Support for compensating the increase in production costs in the farming sector. Eligible beneficiaries of support are all farmers who grow the following fruit types: apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, apricots, cherries, sour cherries, plums, strawberries, tangerines and clementines, blackberries and raspberries and who meet specific requirements as listed in article 5.
