Abstract
This Regulation provides the terms and rules for the implementation of the Sugar Beet Support Programme for the period from the year 2019 until 2021, that was already adopted by the Government Decision (dated 15 March 2019).
This particular kind of Programme support is granted in full accordance with the Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agriculture sector.
The aid, object of this text, is a small-scale aid intended for Croatian based sugar beet producers, and shall be fully paid by the Croatian national Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.
