Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Support Program, here aimed as compensation for the absence of income deriving from swine or pig farming, and in relation to animal health-suppression measures due to African swine fever (animal infectious disease). Eligible users are entities, natural or legal persons that raise breeding pigs and/or produce fattening pigs, at the user's facility/facilities, a death due to African swine fever has been determined and/or the killing of pigs or the removal of pigs has been carried out since the moment of confirmation of African swine fever plague in the Republic of Croatia based on the report of the inspector of the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia, and are unable to keep pigs.
