Regulation on the implementation of the Support Program for the implementation of spring sowing/planting in 2026.

This Regulation sets the rules and provisions for the effective implementation of the Croatian Support Program for the implementation of spring sowing/planting for the year 2026. Support from the Programme is granted as a one-off financial assistance to agricultural producers of eligible crops. Support from the Programme is allocated following a uniform proportional distribution based on the calculated amount of support for all eligible beneficiaries and available budgetary funds. If the total amount of the request is less than the amount provided in the budget, the amount of support per beneficiary will be increased proportionally. The Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development publishes a Public Call on its website (www.apprrr.hr), receives applications, checks whether the applicant meets the eligibility conditions, calculates the support, makes decisions and pays the support. The application for support shall be completed and submitted via the AGRONET secure online application of the Paying Agency.
