Regulation on the implementation of the Support Program for Livestock Breeders due to the consequences of the anthrax outbreak.

This Regulation prescribes procedural rules for the effective implementation of the Support Program for livestock breeders due to the consequences of the anthrax outbreak. The support is financial assistance intended for farms covered by the Decision on the determination of restriction zones (anthrax districts) due to anthrax outbreaks. Measure 1 prescribed by this Regulation is aimed at implementation of the Program intended as compensation for damage to livestock breeders on farms where vaccination against anthrax was carried out in the area of the anthrax affected district. Measure 2 aims at implementation of the restoration of the impaired production potential in cattle production in such anthrax districts due to the outbreak of anthrax (zones proclaimed by national legislation in the year 2022 and year 2025). Detailed user eligibility requirements are laid down in articles 5 and 6 (including micro, small and medium-sized enterprises). Amount of related support is defined in article 7. Administrative application form samples are given in the Annex of this text.
