Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the rules for implementing the Support Programme for farmers in the Sisak-Moslavina County. Eligible for support are all agricultural producers with agricultural land in the Sisak-Moslavina County, entered in the Register of Farmers, who submitted a Single Application to the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development in 2021, with eligible areas of 1 ha or more on which one or more eligible crops are grown (field crops, vegetables, perennial crops, ornamental and medicinal plants and fallow land). Aid that is granted under this Programme is a small value aid intended for producers of one or more eligible crops.
