This Regulation determines the implementation of the Support Program for the restoration of disturbed production potential in restriction zone iii due to the outbreak of African Swine Fever (animal disease). Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, among agricultural holdings and family farms are subject to this type of aid. User eligibility requirements are listed in article 5. The amount of support is defined in article 6. User obligations are regulated in article 7. Form and rules of granting support are closely defined by article 8. Method and deadlines for submitting a grant application are provided in article 9.
