Regulation on the implementation of the Support Programme for the restoration of impaired production potential in the beef cattle, pig, and meat sheep and goat sectors for the period from 2025 to 2027.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Support Program for the restoration of damaged production potential in the sector of beef cattle, pig farming, and meat sheep and goat farming for the period from the year 2025 until the year 2027. Annex contains the request form to be submitted in case of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances. The measures in the implementation of the Program are: Measure 1]: Support for the restoration of damaged production potential in the meat cattle sector; Measure 2: Support for the restoration of damaged production potential in the pig farming sector; and Measure 3: Support for the restoration of damaged production potential in the meat sheep and goat farming sector. User eligibility conditions are laid down in article 5.
Support from the Program is granted in accordance with point 3.(d) and 6.(h) of the article 14 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2472 declaring certain categories of aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
