Regulation on the implementation of the Support Programmee for compensation for damage suffered by sugar beet producers in 2024.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Support Programme for the compensation of damage suffered by sugar beet producers during the year 2024. Eligible users are all sugar beet producers who meet the specific conditions listed in article 4. Total acceptable costs for calculation of support under this Programme is defined in article 5. Application process is regulated by article 7. The list with references of effective support intensity according to categories of damage to sugar beet is given in the Annex of this text.
