Abstract
This Regulation sets the provisions necessary for the correct implementation of measures contained under the section 16 "Cooperation" part of the Rural Development Program of the Republic of Croatia for the programmed period from 2014 to 2020.
This measure supports cooperation among agricultural stakeholders to enhance innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in the sector. It includes two sub-measures: 16.1, which supports the formation and operation of Operational Groups under the European Innovation Partnership (EIP), and 16.4, which promotes horizontal and vertical cooperation in the supply chain to develop short supply chains and local markets. The regulation defines key terms, eligibility criteria, and the legal framework based on EU regulations.
