Regulation implementing the measures M09 "The establishment of producer groups and organizations" of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020.

This Regulation determines the rules for the implementation of measures M09 "The establishment of producer groups and organizations”, sub-measure 9.1. "The establishment of groups and organizations producers in the agricultural and forestry sector", type of operation 9.1.1. "The establishment of producer groups and organizations” (all part of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2014 to 2020.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005; and Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
