Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the terms for the implementation of sub-measure 19.2. "The implementation of operations within CLLD strategy", sub-measure 19.3. "Preparation and implementation of cooperation LAG" and sub-measure 19.4. "Running costs and animation" within the measure 19 denominated "Support for local development in the framework of LEADER (CLLD-local development under the leadership of the Community)", from the Rural Development Programme the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: articles 42, 43 and 44 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005; articles 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, Cohesion Fund, European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and laying down general provisions; articles 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 30-38, 47-55, 58-60, 63-66, 102-108 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 352/78, (EC) No. 165/94, (EC) No. 2799/98, (EC) No. 814/2000, (EC) No. 1290/2005 and (EC) 485/2008; and also with the applicable provisions of the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
