Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary contents and procedures for the entry-registration into the National List of Varieties (catalogs and files on the variety of cultivated plants).
This Regulation provides the conditions necessary for the registration of varieties of fodder plants, cereals, beet, vegetables, potatoes, oilseeds, fiber plants and vines, including various data change issues/data-register maintenance.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
