Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules for the implementation of the increased number of official controls on food and feed of non-animal origin that is a known or imminent threat, performed on specific entry points into the country during importation and transport.
This Regulation determines the amount of fees for official controls on imports of food and feed.
The Regulation specifies certain border crossing points for safe import of food and feed.
List of food and feed of non-animal origin that is a known or imminent danger and subject to an increasing number of official controls in certain places of entry, shall be published in the Official Gazette, the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and regularly updated by taking into account the amendments to the list published by the European Commission.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 July 2011 except for the provisions of article 2 paragraph 2, article 4 paragraph 6 and article 14 that shall come into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
