Abstract
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to agricultural products and foodstuff.
This Regulation provides for: a) content, form and manner of keeping the register of marks of the traditional reputation of agricultural products and foodstuff; b) data that must include the specification of agricultural or food product; c) data contained in the application for registration of marks with traditional reputation and manner of filing the application for registration of Traditional Specialty Guaranteed; d) conditions and the procedure for registration marks that are traditional; e) know-how to make a complaint, time limits in the complaint, the detailed procedure opposition; f) a place and manner of publication of the decision on registration of marks with traditional reputation; g) terms and conditions to initiate proceedings for the declaration of the decision on registration of marks with traditional reputation; h) terms and conditions of the request procedure to amend product specifications, and determining which includes minor changes and additions to the product specifications and the manner of their publication; i) content, form and manner of geographical indications and designations of traditional specialty and enrollment and deletion of the same; j) the cost of the registration mark with traditional reputation; k) conditions that must met by certification authorities, the deadline for compliance of the conditions, the process of determining conformity with product specifications and procedures in case of incompatibility with the product specification.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the Recognition of specific properties of food and award marks the traditional reputation (Official Gazette 127/05) will be no longer in force.
