Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards, requirements and conditions related to the composition, labelling and advertising for the initial and follow-on formulas intended for healthy nutrition of infants and young children.
The terms used in this Regulation have the following meanings: Infants are children under the age of 12 months; young children (toddlers) are children aged one to three years.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
