Regulation on integrated pest management.

This Regulation prescribes the general principles of integrated plant protection and the method of their implementation in practice, the starting fundamental principles for individual crops or sectors for the common agricultural policy, the list of integrated plant protection measures that are considered above the standard for a particular production sector, the adoption of guidelines for integrated plant protection related to agricultural crops or production sectors, the types of measures in integrated plant protection, the obligations of professional users in the matter of integrated plant protection, keeping records on integrated plant protection measures, the method of evaluating the success of measures in integrated plant protection and the goals, duration and method of application to the Integrated Plant Protection Implementation and Demonstration Program.
This Rulebook incorporates into the Croatian legislation the provisions given in the Annex III Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action to achieve the sustainable use of pesticides.
