Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all provisions necessary for the protection, improvement and correct and sustainable use of the National Park "Mljet", and also prescribes all related violations and penalties.
This Regulation shall apply in a way that does not restrict normal life activities and the work of residents and owners and leaseholders on estates in the National Park.
For restrictions imposed to owners and real estate dealers on the territory of the National Park compensations will be entitled in accordance with Law.
