Abstract
This Regulation provides for beef labelling system that ensures traceability control, connectivity of carcasses, half, fourth, or pieces of meat from each animal or group of animals, the deviations of certain provisions in their labelling and control system of labelling of beef.
Subjects in the food business must: check the beef production at all stages of placing on the market and establish a system of identification and registration of data on beef meat in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
For beef meat derived from animals that are fattened in 30 days or less, in the country of birth or the country where the animal is slaughtered, it is not required to list the name of the state as a state in which the animal is fattened, with the condition that the duration of the fattening in the second state is longer than 30 days.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 May 2010.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the labelling of beef meat (Official Gazette 75/09 and 156/09) will be no longer in use.
