Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards and requirements for fees and related charges for temporary conduct of yachts and boats, chartering business in the internal waters and on the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia.
The prescribed fees and charges will be paid as Licence for Temporary Conduct of Chartering Operations that is issued by the Ministry of Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development.
Fee is paid according to the category of the vessel that is determined depending on the length of yacht or boat.
Length of yacht or boat is considered to be the length of the hull of yacht or the length of the hull of boat respectively.
Licence fees, defined in Table 1, an integral part of this Regulation.
