Abstract
This Regulation provides: a) form and procedure for granting privileges for the cultivation of fish and other marine organisms; b) form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued licences.
An application for licensing shall be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.
For each part of exploited maritime land or land where growing is done there is a special licence to obtain.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on Licence for growing fish and other marine organisms and the register of issued benefits (Official Gazette 29/02, 42/04, 134/05, 59/09, 156 /09, 53/10) will be no longer in use.
