Abstract
This Regulation specifies the conditions and methods of implementing the system of production constraints in the milk sector in the Republic of Croatia.
The implementation of milk quotas implies the division of the national milk quotas, the allocation of individual quotas, the allocation of milk quota from the national reserve, the determination of individual reference fat content, the rights and obligations of producers and milk buyers, a reference period for the allocation of individual quotas, conversion and transfer of individual quota determination height and amount of fees for exceeding the allocated milk quotas and the implementation of control systems.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 49 that will enter into force on the day of Croatia's entrance in the European Union.
