Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of implementation of the system of production constraints in the milk sector on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The implementation of the milk quota system implies the division of the national milk quota, allocation of individual quotas, allocation of milk quotas from the national reserve, determining individual reference of the fat content, the rights and obligations of producers and purchasers of milk, the reference period for the allocation of individual quotas, conversion and transmission of individual quotas, determining the amount and the amount of fees for exceeding milk quota allocated, implementation and control of the milk quota system and reporting to the European Commission.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the first day after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 51 paragraph 2, and articles 52 and 53 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
