Regulation on the list of buildings for primary amelioration drainage and mixed land drainage structures of interest for Republic of Croatia.

This Regulation officially determines the types and structures of all buildings for basic amelioration and soil drainage of interest for the Croatian Republic.
Buildings for primary amelioration drainage are: 1) 1st class amelioration buildings-the main drainage channels to accommodate all the water from the ameliorative systems or parts of the system, which can lead through a detailed network of canals and drains into drainage structures and pumping stations in the amelioration system and other associated facilities; 2) 2nd class amelioration buildings-the main drainage channels to accommodate all the water from the ameliorative systems or parts of the system, which can lead through a detailed drainage network and drainage amelioration building first of 1st class, and other associated facilities. Mixed melioration buildings are melioration building intended and for both amelioration drainage and irrigation.
