Abstract
This Regulation provides for a complete list of food and non-animal origin feed that has an known or emerging risk, and is subject to an increased level of official controls during imports in the Croatian Republic.
This list of food and non-animal origin feed shall be established and regularly updated taking into account the amendments to the lists published by the European Commission.
The List adopts the following provisions: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 91/2013 of 31 January 2013. Laying down special conditions applicable on imports of peanuts from Ghana and India, turning (okra) and curry leaves from India and watermelon seeds from Nigeria and amending Regulation (EC) no. 669/2009 and Regulation (EC) no. 1152/2009 (OJ L 33, 2. 2. 2013); and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 270/2013 of 21 March 2013. The amending and supplementing Annex I to the Regulation (EC) no. 669/2009 implementing the Regulation (EC) no. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council on the increased level of official controls on food and feed of non-animal origin for imports (OJ L 82, 22 3rd 2013th).
