Regulation on the list of landing sites for fishing vessels engaged in commercial fishing at sea.

This Regulation here establishes the official list of landing sites for fishing vessels engaged in commercial fishing at sea, as in accordance with terms and indications of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1967/2006 concerning management measures for the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources in the Mediterranean Sea, amending Regulation (EEC) No. 2847/93 and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1626/94.
Article 3 states that the authority responsible for managing the port area where the landing point is designated shall enable the unimpeded unloading of the catch from the vessel. Article 4 declares that the authority responsible for managing the area where the unloading point is designated shall determine the working hours and contact telephone number for each landing place. Article 5 sets the rule that the authority responsible for the management of access roads is obliged to allow access for transport vehicles to the unloading point from the land side.
