Abstract
This Regulation provides for the new official list of natural mineral waters and natural spring waters, recognized as such in the Republic of Croatia. Water and water spring object of this text are all located on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, except for three sites that are located on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These lists shall be submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture to the European Commission, which shall publish them in the "Natural mineral waters list recognized in the Member States", a text relevant for the European Economic Area, in the Official Journal of the European Union Member States, Text with EEA relevance, Official Journal of the European Union.
