Abstract
This Regulation governs the lowest base price and cost of water services, which has to cover certain costs related to the water service activities.
Base price of water services is the price of water services, excluding the price for the disadvantaged citizens which supplied water is necessary for basic household needs, and excluding water services as collection and cleaning of the septic tanks.
