Abstract
This Regulation determines specific rules aimed to set the manner for the effective achievement of the goals in relation to the management of waste generated by packaging/wrapping materials, including the correct method for the calculation of the amount of consequential fees, incentives and refunds (for the performance of activities such as packaging waste collection, reuse, recycle, transport, storage and disposal).
