Abstract
This Regulation governs the necessary procedures for the management of waste generated by textile industry/production/processing and waste generated from footwear production and related activities.
The rules here provided are regarding the mandatory data collection, necessary treatment of such waste materials, waste collection and separate collection principles, manner of meeting the obligations of textile and footwear manufactures, manner of compulsory treatment of wastewaters and other issues related to the management of such waste materials on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
