Abstract
This Regulation defines the correct and sustainable manner for fulfilling the obligation to achieve the established legitimate aims as regards the management of waste deriving directly from portable batteries and accumulators, as well as the method for the calculation of the amount of waste management charges/fees/payments for dealing/handling with such waste on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
