Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary procedures and objectives for the management of vehicles that turned into waste, including the concrete method for handling, collection, storage and transport of such waste (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia), further defining various additional requirements all related to the disposal and data collection as regards the waste generated from life-end and/or obsolete vehicles.
This Regulation fully adopts all contents and provisions provided by the following documents: Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2000 on waste vehicles, as last amended by Commission Directive 2013/28/EU of 17 May 2013 (amending Annex II); Commission Decision 2001/753/EC of 17 October 2001 on a Member States' report on the implementation of Directive 2000/53/EC; Commission Decision 2005/293/EC of 1 April 2005 laying down detailed rules for the monitoring of reuse/recycling and recycling targets set out in the Directive 2000/53/EC.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
