Abstract
This Regulation prescribe the mandatory contents and technical elements aimed to regulate the mining projects for mining works (also defined by the articles 9 and 13 of the Mining Law).
For mining facilities engaged in mining works and technical constructions the following steps are necessary: major mining project; additional issues and additional mining project; simplified mining project.
