Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, prescribes the content of oil and mining projects, the content of requests for approval, issuance of certificates and verification of oil and mining projects, significant and insignificant deviations from oil and mining projects, work of the commission for inspection of oil and mining projects; the conduct of the commission during the inspection of oil and mining projects, the content of approvals and certificates, and the content and form of the decision on the inspection of oil and mining projects.
